How can I pay for the products I order?

You can pay using all major debit and credit cards, netbanking, etc using our safe & secure payment gateway.

Are there any shipping charges?

All shipping charges are included in the price of the product.

Will I be charged GST?

All prices of products on the site are inclusive of GST hence there will be no added tax on checkout.

How can I check the status of my order?

What is the stipulated delivery time for my order?

Each product and brand has a different timeline for delivery. When you click on each product, you will notice the timeline for dispatch.Once your order has shipped, depending on your delivery location, it can take about 5-7 working days to reach you.

What if i want to return a product after i receive it?

Returns/ exchanges on orders will be accepted only if the product is damaged/defective/ does not match the description / image on the website/ the size mentioned on the website was inaccurate and the customer reports it within 48 hours of receiving the same. If an exchange is possible, the defective/ damaged/ incorrect product will be collected by the vendor and the product will be replaced. Returns will only be accepted based on the above mentioned criteria if any exchange is not possible.For any such refunds/ exchanges please email [email protected] along with images of the items.

The product I want is out of stock. Can I still get it?

Once I have personalized my product, can I make changes?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalization of products, orders once placed cannot be changed or cancelled. However, do shoot us an email immediately at [email protected] or call us at +91 83692 92282 and if the order has not been processed yet, we would be happy to assist and try and make the change for you.
