Pinwheel Project (hereinafter known as PP, which shall mean and include its affiliates, successors and assigns) owns and operates this website, or through a mobile application, if available.

This Policy constitutes a legal agreement between you, as the Customer of the website, and PP, as the owner of the website. You must be a natural person who is at least 18 years of age.     b) If you make payments via a payment gateway to complete any transaction on the Website then your credit card data and other financial information may be stored in compliance with industry standards/ recommended data security standard for security of financial information such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

b) We may disclose your information, to any member of our related or group companies including but not limited to, our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as the case may be.
c) We may disclose your information, without prior notice, if we are under a duty to do so in order to comply with any legal obligation or an order from the government and/or a statutory authority, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or to protect our rights, property or safety, our users, or others. d) PP may be involved in the transaction of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, business re-organization, bankruptcy etc. During such a process, it may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, which may include your information.
